Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the Security Industry, in Hawaii. We take pride in treating our Customers with Honor, Integrity, and Respect. We take our job very seriously, since we are trusted to secure what is most important to you.

Availability: Starting with our sales team, the sales reps are expected to always be available when our customers need us. Unlike other companies, our sales reps will be at the installation to check on how things are going, and they will always schedule a thorough training after the job is completed to ensure you are happy and all your questions have been answered. Our goal is for you to be blown away with how attentive we are every step of the way. After all, we want your referrals, and we understand we must earn them. We are the only company,  we are aware of, that pays our sales reps a residual commission each month when you pay your bill. This profit sharing will guarantee that the level of service you receive will be second to none since the sales rep has an ongoing interest in making sure you are always happy.

Experienced Technicians: Our technicians are the highest paid in the security Industry. Our lead techs have all been through extensive training on all products that we install. Our lead techs have a minimum of 10 years' experience installing the equipment we offer. They are expected to be well groomed, polite, on time, and knowledgeable about what it is that they will be installing for you. All our techs have profit sharing also, which gives them a greater reason to make sure you are completely satisfied when the job is complete.

Timely Service: Servicing your system as promptly as possible is our number one goal. We understand the importance of having a working system. When you need service, NO ONE will compete with Blue shield. Our goal and commitment to you is to provide you with service within 48 hours of the first call. In most cases, we are within 24 hours to get your system back to 100% working order.

Customer Service: Our office staff is as equally important as anyone else in our company. When you call us, we will answer with a smile. We pride ourselves in a confident, friendly staff that will assist with whatever you need. You can reach us 24 hours per day as we understand that security is not only 8 to 5.
