The equipment that we select for your job is of course very important. Picking the correct camera with the appropriate lens and zoom capabilities will ensure that your system will operate the way you want it to. We provide spec. sheets with part numbers so that you can research our equipment online. We install high quality cameras that can zoom in live view, as well as being able to zoom in after it records. We understand the importance of being able to identify a person or vehicle in case of a break in. We allow unlimited viewers to see the cameras online and can offer 2-way voice cameras, in order to communicate live through the camera to the person or people you see on the camera. When you let us know that any part of your system goes down, we will within 48 hours send out our techs to get your system back in working order. No charge for the parts or labor each trip since you have our Parts and labor warranty. We stock a backup of the equipment we install locally, in order to provide you with immediate service when needed.
The system needs to be maintained like everything else. We will clean the inside and outside of every camera, every 90 days. We will also maintain the Network Video Recorder and the POE switches by using can air to keep dust out of the electronics.
