Our Salesmen

First, let us start with the salesman that will be working with you. Each of our sales reps are put through extensive product training and are qualified and certified to recommend the right camera, with the correct lens, in order to capture the clear results we are looking for. They have also worked as an apprentice under one of our managers, to be able to effectively design the entire project from the correct camera to the amount of memory needed, and the best locations to capture the best views. Our sales reps project manage every job from start to finish and are required to show up to line the techs out at the beginning of the job. They will set up training after the install is completed, to make sure you are happy and well trained on your new system. Overall, we feel you will appreciate the attention to detail that our sales person will provide.

Our Technicians

Second, our technicians that will be installing and servicing your system, are the highest trained in the industry. Our lead techs have a minimum of 10 years of installing experience. Our lead techs have been trained in sales as well and can recommend additional coverage if needed. Showing up on time, being well prepared with the attitude of doing our very best install for each of our customers is the mindset of our lead techs. The lead technicians receive profit sharing on every job they install and are the highest paid in our industry, worth every penny for the outstanding job that they do. The lead tech will thoroughly train you upon completion of your new system and will answer any questions that you may have.

Our Equipment

The equipment that we select for your job is of course very important. Picking the correct camera with the appropriate lens and zoom capabilities will ensure that your system will operate the way you want it to. We provide spec. sheets with part numbers so that you can research our equipment online. We install high quality cameras that can zoom in live view, as well as being able to zoom in after it records. We understand the importance of being able to identify a person or vehicle in case of a break in. We allow unlimited viewers to see the cameras online and can offer 2-way voice cameras, in order to communicate live through the camera to the person or people you see on the camera. We also guarantee the best price if the equipment is of the same apples to apples in quality.

We feel that installing your camera system is only the beginning of our responsibility. We offer the following 2 programs that will ensure that your system is always performing at optimal levels:

Parts and Labor Warranty

When you let us know that any part of your system goes down, we will within 48 hours send out our techs to get your system back in working order. No charge for the parts or labor each trip since you have our Parts and labor warranty. We stock a backup of the equipment we install locally, in order to provide you with immediate service when needed.

Quarterly Cleaning and Inspections

The system needs to be maintained like everything else. We will clean the inside and outside of every camera, every 90 days. We will also maintain the Network Video Recorder and the POE switches by using can air to keep dust out of the electronics.
